Krav Maga Ami Niv Seminar for Personal Safety Against Physical Attacks

Krav Maga Ami Niv Seminar for Personal Safety Against Physical Attacks
Safety - is one of the most fundamental goals of any modern society, since without feeling relatively safe, a society can’t thrive. There are different types of safety, physical safety, safety of privacy, safety of property etc. For the most part it is the task of the state to provide a basic level of safety to its citizens (some countries do better than others).

However, At AIKI we believe that no matter how safe a society is, it is better to be prepared even if the likelihood of requiring the use of any fighting skills are slim. So having some basic skills of how to defend yourself, family and/or friends from a physical attack are, in our opinion, ‘a must’ have.
Beyond the self-defense knowledge and skill, it is very important that you know how you react when you are under intense acute stress. Experience and science show us that people whom are unwell or unfit deal with stress very poorly. It has also shown that when playing out a stressful situation with conditions as close to reality as possible, that people perform better if they ever need to use their skills in a real situation.

It is true that unless training for many years, it is hard to learn techniques in a matter of days or weeks.
However, in Israel we have learned (unfortunately through experience) to teach people how to defend themselves in a very short period of time. This has been refined in many years of instruction.
We believe that we have boiled it down to the most important techniques and principals.

In this seminar we offer:
1.  AIKI Self defense techniques for the beginner or advanced martial artist (will be tailored to the needs of the group).
2.  AIKI Self defense techniques when with one or more friends/family.
3.  Simulations of the most common attacks (playing them out as close as possible to ‘real life’ and analyzing, correcting and refining responses)

Open seminars, when available, will be posted on the site:
